Please read these Terms of Service carefully before ordering pure iron & cast iron cookware from AN-Metals Foundry.
1. Product Specifications & Handcrafted Quality
All AN-Metals cookware (Tawas, Appam Patras, Kaan Tawas) are handcrafted heavy gauge iron products produced directly in our foundry in Belgaum, Karnataka. Due to traditional sand-casting and hand-hammering methods, slight manual surface variations or natural seasoning patinas are normal and signify genuine pure metal craft.
2. Pricing & Direct Factory Guarantee
All prices displayed (₹300 - ₹650) are direct factory rates. Prices include applicable GST. We reserve the right to revise wholesale quantity tiers or promotional prices without prior notice.
3. 10-Year Heavy Gauge Warranty
AN-Metals iron tawas come with a 10-Year Structural Gauge Warranty covering structural cracking or thermal warping under normal domestic kitchen cooking conditions. Warranty does not cover natural surface rust caused by improper water storage (refer to our Seasoning Guide).
4. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belgaum (Belagavi), Karnataka, India.
